Clear, viscous, pale-straw, amber-colored. Aromas of fruity, characteristic of pears. Flavors of sweet, but relatively light flavor, start with pears, gives over to vanilla mid-palate, and finishes with a bright flick of ginger.
Liquid, intense, pink in color. Aroma of citrus fruits notes. Flavors of both fruity and acidulous, with lingering notes characteristic of pink grapefruit.
This rum has aromas of apple cobbler with bakers’ spice, brown sugar highlighted by cashews and cherry. Its savory thyme and cinnamon notes are balanced by coconut. It has a rich creme brulee and molasses upfront with dried apricot and pineapple, French vanilla bean reminiscent of toasted marshmallow, all of which is balanced by a hint of dry green olive midpalate.
This rum has marzipan notes that give way to pineapple and floral honeysuckle, coconut and tropical fruit on the nose. It has a wonderful texture with vanilla bean, cane sugar and citrusy mango upfront. It also has hints of key lime pie with an earthy ripeness on the mid palate.
This liqueur is amber and reddish copper in color. Its aromas are a combination of ginger, chili, honey, caramel, star anise and cinnamon. It has a flavor that is smooth, mellow and herbaceous with chili and subtle vanilla notes.
